Fancy a 'training' trip to Walt Disney World Resort® in Florida? This week, Disney has started the hunt for a UK parent to join their existing ‘Mom’s Panel’ and it could be a BritMum!
The space has opened up for a Brit for only the second time, and the new panellist would join an existing team of around 30 holiday planning experts based across the globe, offering advice and suggestions, and helping with specific queries from families planning a trip to Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida.
The panel has been running since 2008, and in 2010 Emma Nicholson, now 28, a working mum from Morecombe, Lancashire, joined as the first UK panellist.
Disney says applicants must have, “a passion for planning holidays, need to be willing to write a minimum of 25 responses per week and must have visited the resort in the last 12 months.”
British panellist Emma Nicholson says she’ll be staying on for another year. Her tips for applicants? “My best advice to anyone who will be applying to be the next UK Mum is to be yourself and let your enthusiasm and love of Disney shine through”. The successful applicant will be invited to travel to Florida in December for training in the role.
Hurry, applications close this Friday (16 September, 2011). Visit www.DisneyWorldMoms.com/search2012 for more information and to apply.
