The new BritMums network has been up and running for about a month now. We've had tons of bloggers joining and taking part in all features on the network and we are also welcoming loads of "newbie" bloggers who are lighting up the blogosphere with their energy and amazing writing. It's so encouraging to see new talent coming thick and fast and we want to recognise that as much as possible.
This week in BritMums Good Reads we're turning the spotlight onto some of the newest BritMums members. We all remember those days when we were just starting out, waiting for a comment or two (from someone other than our Mum) and hoping to figure out this blogging thing one day. So let's give a bit of attention to our newest bloggers on the block. Add them to your reading rota and give them a bit of support!
- At The Natural Baby Shower the BritMums blogging prompt allows us all to see what Mary can't live without: The Sweet Taste of Freedom! We can all relate, Mary!
- Flossing the Cat (now there's a name you won't forget) is ranting a bit about the School Run this week. We are wondering about that tension release though!
- We're loving the selection of Favourite Books for Mummy & More and her 2 -year old! We definitely agree with the Julia Donaldson collection.
- An Unidentified Friendly Object is tripping up ...And PND Makes Three these days. There is also some amazing advice in this post...very appropriate for all new (and not so new) mums.
- Grumpy Old Mummy is ranting about Yellow Peril in her first post. We're looking forward to seeing what other rants come forth from the daily school run from this blogger!
- The Alpha Parent is teaching very valuable lessons for those of you who are struggling to get pregnant in Top 5 Baby Making Gadgets. Who knew??
- Introducing Trial and Error Mummy in her first post. She's a first time mummy going back to work full time who can definitely use your support and input.
- We're loving Mayfair Mum's list of What Makes You Smile. It made us smile just reading it...we're sure you'll feel the same!
- Every once in a while a "poo post" comes along in the "mummy blogging" world...Bothabunch has just that post in Inconvenient Blooming Bowels. You've got to love it!
- At Caught Writing, Polly is sharing a great list in How I'm getting my Groove. I simply must work on this as well...what about you??
There we have it! 10 "newbie" bloggers in the BritMums community who are ready and waiting for your comments and attention. Give them the support we are famous for! See you next week for more BritMums Good Reads. If you have any suggestions on posts we might have missed along the way, be sure to leave a comment below so we can find you.
